Heathcotes Brasserie

British and French Classics with Heathcotes Signature Dishes

Paul Heathcote

2011 sees the re-birth of a North-West favourite. A medley of best-selling Paul Heathcote Specialities spanning the last 20 years now sit on one menu, alongside an array of French inspired dishes.

Heathcotes Brasserie will embody the Heathcotes tradition for cooking with fresh and locally sourced ingredients; featuring, Goosnargh duck confit, Morecambe bay shrimps and Garstang blue cheese, fused with the passion of Head Chef Carl Noller.

Smart service, though relaxed and unpretentious bustles against the backdrop of silver, grape and cream. Elegantly presented food served on Villroy and Boch crockery laid on white table cloths, work to create the British homely feel Paul Heathcote's Restaurants are famous for.

Decorated with accolades and memorabilia, Heathcotes Brasserie is a living timeline of Paul's successes. An easy but adventurous wine list, featuring a flavour to suit every palate, is the perfect accompaniment to a classic menu.

The restaurant features a great cocktail bar, ideal for pre or post dinner drinks (or both!). Whether it is a Cosmopolitan on our high stools before dinner, or relaxing with a glass of Moscato by the fire afterwards, there is a drink for everybody and every occasion.
