PRIX FIXE MENU

Our special Prix Fixe menu offers a range of the kitchen’s favourite dishes as

well as special creations based on locally sourced seasonal produce.

Three courses for two people including a bottle of still or sparkling water and

a bottle of Murviedro Fauno red or white for £55.00

Chicken liver pate with toasted brioche

Tomato soup, chives and rapeseed oil (V)

Smoked Fish Cakes with Watercress Sauce

Heathcote’s fish & chips, tartare sauce, mushy peas

Lancashire cheese soufflé, summer vegetables and wild mushrooms

Goosnargh Chicken Breast, Sautéed New Potatoes, Spring Cabbage, Wild Mushrooms
